Payment

We accept Zelle payments. All necessary payment information is shown in cart and checkout. If payment is not received within 1 hour, your order will be cancelled. We do not offer product holds or layaway. Please read our FAQ section located on the site for more information regarding orders.

Shipping

We offer USPS Priority and Priority Express and FedEx Overnight shipping. If you are unsure if your zip code qualifies for any overnight shipment please contact us with your information and we’ll assist you in finding the best shipping method for you.

FedEx 2Day does NOT count Saturday as a shipping day. They consider it a premium day if you will, so any order for 2Day on Friday will arrive on Monday unless its a holiday, then it will be delivered on Tuesday. However, if you order FedEx 2Day on Thursday, it will deliver on Saturday. It makes no sense but that’s how they have it set up.

  • Mon – Fri: 2:30 pm MST (Arizona)
  • Saturday: 11am MST (Arizona)

We do NOT ship to Michigan, Minnesota or Oklahoma. Any orders attempting to do so will be cancelled.

Damaged Package

If your received package was damaged in shipment please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and do NOT open the sealed product pouch. Please attach photos of the shipping mailer (before opening and after) in it’s unopened state and of the sealed product pouch. Please include the order number and all photos attached. If you open your sealed product bag, this voids any assistance that we may guarantee to you.
